Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.

    I use this product with my breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2 pills with each meal. I plan to start taking 3 with breakfast once I get my new bottle. I just started taking them at the end of April this year and haven't noticed any difference, but I can tell it curbs my appetite a lot unless I don't eat a lot.

            I used this product back in May to prepare for a trip to Miami. I must admit in the beginning I really did not see any results...then about 3 weeks after taking it. I went from being thick to being slim. This product truly does work. I recommend this to everybody to give it a chance. It wont immediately. Give it some time.

            I've just finished a bottle of this. I started off taking 2 a day with meals then worked my way up to 3. At first this made me a bit bloated and I had to go to the bathroom more often, but that eventually stopped and I had zero other side effects, which is a plus. I think the product did help control my appetite. I also liked that the product was natural and had some good oils in it. Overall I did loose some inches, but I don't know how much of it was actually due to the product or to my working out/eating well. I also didn't notice any major reduction in my waistline area. I think I'm going to try a different product after this.

            I've used this product for over a month and can see the changes in my midsection/hips/thighs. I work out 4-5x a week, 1 hr cardio & 1 hr weights. I combine this product w/ other supplements but have seen major changes in those problem areas. The downside, you have to urinate very often and if you over take this product you feel bloated, upside, you can't over eat. My meal intake is 1200 cal a day. So this product along w/ working out keeps me within my goal.

              I take one Ab Cuts tablet per meal and it is enough for me. When I took two I felt bloated. This supplement combined with a healthy diet (i.e., no donuts! no milkshakes! be honest!) works. I consumed around 1500 calories per day plus drank plenty of water and unsweet tea and lost 10 pounds in about 14 days. I was able to fit into jeans I had not worn in a while. I am 52 and my metabolism is slowing but this revved it up somewhat. Be prepared to go to the restroom fairly often as frequent urination seems to be one of the side effects but a good one because it's flushing out your system and releasing all that excess water. I will continue to use until I reach my goal weight. Losing those first 10 pounds is the motivation I needed.

                    I'm not the hugest fitness buff but I do try and exercise regularly and stick to clean eating. For the people complaining that it didn't suppress their appetite.. No where does this product clam to do so. Like seriously did you even take the time to read the description?? It clearly says Reduction in Abdominal Area Fat, Lean Tissue Enhancement, Reduction in Hip Area Fat, Overall Physique Enhancement, and Reduction in Thigh Area Fat. If you want something to suppress your appetite then this isn't the supplement for you, but if you use it as directed it does everything it says it will.

                    I got it as a sample and just had to buy the full size. If fat loss is what you're looking for I suggest this product.
