Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Athletic Performance

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.

              I'm on my last pill of my 30day supply. The product definitely put you to sleep and for the most part I sleep pretty sound. Sometimes if not taken with enough water the pills tend to go down really slow which is uncomfortable. No side effects in the morning, I wake up alert! For the first 2 days of taking the product if I did not get enough sleep I would definitely find myself napping during the day. Now about the most important part-do it really burn fat? I'm going to say yes but how much I can't say. My reason for saying yes it this.. I went on vacation for 6 days, ate what I wanted, did not work out..even had some midnight cheese cake orders. After returning from vacation, I couldn't get back on track, so I continued to eat and didn't go to the gym x 12 days. The morning of day 13 I finally got the courage to weigh myself and my weight was just as it was (20lb) weight loss when I'd left for vacation. I continued to take the pills at night on vacation and during my absence from the gym. I can only equate me maintaining my weight with taking the pills at night. Getting ready to order my 2nd bottle now...

                Has Melatonin, and lemon balm.. So it will knock you out...I personally can't sleep, so I open the capsule, and throw it into a glass of water...And down it goes.. I've been on it for close to 2 weeks, and it has made me drop about 6 pounds, mainly around my sides, my belly is not sticking out like before..Makes you sweet during your sleep, (thermogenic working),, Will cause slurred speach ...Has ketones..Best bang for your buck..Pretty sure they'll change the formula when they realize it actually works...

                    After two nights of taking this I have noticed significantly lower body fat on my lower abdomen as well as my sides. Haven't really noticed any significance with the sleep aid, but as a fat burner it's awesome. I love that there aren't any stimulants in it. Would definitely recommend to at least try.

                        Didn't notice much, didn't help me sleep through the night any better. Returned due to huge side effect every morning workout was rushing to the restroom at gym. Product works like an ex-lax, you will be in the restroom every morning. Seems to clean you out.

                            Been taking this product before bed for about 2 weeks now. Not sure about it's fat burning capabilities, but it sure is a great way to help you fall asleep at night, especially if you're like me and sometimes take 1MR or something else too close to bedtime. Make sure you're going straight to bed, though. A couple of times it caused slurred speech and a very groggy feeling if you stay awake after taking it.
