Diarrhea
Dose: Refer to label instructions

Astringent herbs traditionally used for diarrhea include blackberry leaves, blackberry root bark, blueberry leaves, and red raspberry leaves.1 Raspberry leaves are high in tannins and, like blackberry, may relieve acute diarrhea. A close cousin of the blueberry, bilberry, has been used traditionally in Germany for adults and children with diarrhea.2 Only dried berries or juice should be used-fresh berries may worsen diarrhea.

Cranesbill has been used by several of the indigenous tribes of North America to treat diarrhea. The tannins in cranesbill likely account for the anti-diarrheal activity3-although there has been little scientific research to clarify cranesbill's constituents and actions.

    Tried Cellucor C4 for the first time with one scoop. The only effect I felt was tingling and itching in my face, which was rather annoying. For my next workout, I took two scoops and still had no effect but tingling. The only redeeming quality of C4 is the great taste.

      I take Cellucor about 30 min. prior to heavy lifting session. It provides excellent energy, muscle pump, and stamina so I can power through my workouts and constantly improve. Should be cycled for best results (~8 weeks or so).

        the only thing this does for me is make my ears and face tingle. no pump. i even continuously yawn during workouts after TWO scoops. I thought bumping it up to 2 scoops would help, but nothing. I am a female who lifts regularly and weigh about 180. so i'm not tiny but I would think 2 scoops of any pre workout should at least give me somthing. I LOVE the taste. even can throw the powder back and drink a little water to wash it down (one of my methods to see if it would work better thinking maybe I was watering it down too much)

            I was pretty excited to start using my C4. I paid around $40 for 60 servings, which is more expensive than most pre-workouts. Unfortunately C4 has no effect on me. I've been taking it for about a week now, so I'm bummed out. The only thing it does for me is make my ears itchy, but besides that nothing. No extra pump, no extra intensity, nothing. Definitely won't buy it again, and probably never buying another pre-workout again seeing as this was my first one and the results were terrible. But everyone is different, try it out and see if it affects you. Everyone responds differently to different products!
