  • Increase total amino acid absorption by over 100% and more than doubles leucine absorbtion*
  • mTOR Activation stimulates muscle protein synthesis to support lean muscle growth with 12G of Rapid Absorbing Anabolic Leucine and 10G of Glutamine*

UNLEASH THE POWER OF THE FIRST ANABOLIC PROTEIN FROM BEYOND RAW
Beyond RAW Re-Grow is a revolutionary product designed for hardcore athletes. This dual-action supplement is designed to help you maximize your lean muscle mass through powerful, synergistic phases: building lean muscle and protecting it. Phase 1 works to build lean muscle through mTOR-activated muscle protein synthesis. Phase 2 protects hard earned lean muscle by obstructing 5 growth-limiting catabolic flavors. This powerful formula complements your intense training and will help you achieve the mind-blowing strength and size you crave.*

PHASE 1: ANABOLIC MUSCLE SYNTHESIZER
The building phase starts with a colossal anabolic stack loaded with 60 grams of high-quality protein and essential aminos to trigger mTOR-activated muscle protein synthesis. Phase 1 also features massive amounts of Leucine, a powerful BCAA and mTOR initiator along with micronized Arginine that rapidly fuels rock-hard muscles after your grueling workout.*

Beyond RAW Re-Grow uses a high-quality, rapidly absorbing source of whey protein which studies show helps increase total amino acid absorption by more than 100% and more than doubles the increase in leucine absorption. Re-Grow is powered by a proven protein and amino acid blend shown to deliver more than a 25% increase in muscle strength!*

PHASE 2: ANTI-CATABOLIC MUSCLE PROTECTOR
Phase 2 of this powerful formula works to combat the unwanted factors that slow muscle growth. Beyond RAW Re-Grow not only helps to build lean muscle, it also protects muscle mass and combats the signals that lead to muscle breakdown.*

To combat these negative signals Beyond RAW Re-Grow features a creatine precursor complex that your body uses to create creatine. This formula also contains an antioxidant regeneration.

Health Notes

Whey Protein

Whey Protein
This nutrient has been used in connection with the following health goals
  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

This supplement has been used in connection with the following health conditions:

Athletic Performance
Dose: 20 grams daily up to 1.2 grams of per 2.2 of pounds body weight per day

Some whey proteins may reduce bone loss. Milk basic protein (MBP) is a mixture of some of the proteins found in whey protein and has been shown to promote bone density(more)
Obesity
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Whey protein may aid weight loss due to its appetite-suppressing effect.(more)
Athletic Performance
Dose: 20 grams daily up to 1.2 grams of per 2.2 of pounds body weight per day

Animal studies suggest that whey protein can increase gains in lean body mass resulting from exercise.1 A controlled trial found that six weeks of strength training while taking 1.2 grams of whey protein per 2.2 of pounds body weight per day resulted in greater gains in lean body mass, but improved only one out of four strength tests.2 Another controlled study found that people taking 20 grams per day of whey protein for three months performed better on a test of short-term intense cycling exercise than people taking a similar amount of milk protein (casein).3 However, a double-blind trial found that men taking 1.5 grams per 2.2 lbs of body weight per day of predigested whey protein for 12 weeks along with a strength training exercise program gained only half as much lean body mass and had significantly smaller increases in strength compared with men using a similar amount of predigested casein along with strength training.4 A controlled study of HIV-infected women found that adding whey protein to strength training exercise was no more effective than exercise alone for increasing strength or improving body composition.5

Osteoporosis
Dose: Refer to label instructions

Some whey proteins may reduce bone loss.1 Milk basic protein (MBP) is a mixture of some of the proteins found in whey protein. A preliminary trial found that 300 mg per day of MBP improved blood measures of bone metabolism in men, suggesting more bone formation was occurring than bone loss.2 A double-blind trial found that women taking 40 mg per day of MBP for six months had greater gains in bone density compared with those taking a placebo.3 No osteoporosis-related research has been done using complete whey protein mixtures.

Obesity
Dose: Refer to label instructions

Whey protein may aid weight loss due to its effect on appetite. In a preliminary study, people were given 48 grams of either whey protein or milk protein (casein). Whey consumption resulted in more hunger satisfaction and reduced the amount of food eaten 90 minutes later compared with casein consumption.1 However, a double-blind study found that men taking 1.5 grams per 2.2 lbs body weight per day of whey protein for 12 weeks along with a low-calorie diet and a strength training exercise program lost the same amount of weight and body fat as did a control group that followed a similar program, but took a casein supplement instead of whey protein.2

Whey protein is a mixture of some of the proteins naturally found in milk. The major proteins found in whey protein include beta-lactoglobulin and alpha-lactalbumin. Whey protein has one of the highest protein digestibility-corrected amino acid scores (PDCAAS; a measure of protein bioavailability) and is more rapidly digested than other proteins, such as casein (another milk protein). 1

Comments about RAW HARDCORE GNC Beyond RAW® RE-GROW - Vanilla Ice Cream:

I've only been using this stuff for a few days but I can say that I already feel a huge difference! My fiance says I already look more lean and my abs are definitely looking more defined. I'm stacking this stuff with Re-Feed and Re-Power and I couldn't be happier! Recovery time is shortened and I feel like I can DANCE even longer! I returned my chocolate flavored one for the vanilla ice cream however, the vanilla ice cream flavor tastes so much better. I simply take a funnel to a plastic water bottle, shake it up, and drink. Tastes wonderful in water and some days I'll make it a meal replacement. Overall great product and I'll be back to post more about gains once I've been on it longer!

Comments about RAW HARDCORE GNC Beyond RAW® RE-GROW - Vanilla Ice Cream:

In my experience with proteins, this is by far the best on the market. The price may scare some away, but it tastes delicious and is effective in building muscle for those who lift weights 4-5 times a week. I swear by this stuff and I would never use anything else. Be sure to take this with BCAAs, though.

Comments about RAW HARDCORE GNC Beyond RAW® RE-GROW - Vanilla Ice Cream:

Flavor's not that bad, but I saw little affect during a month of using this instead of regular GNC Pro Performance.
What I Did experience were poor bowel movements that looked like gray cake icing. If that much gunk is passing through undigested, I have to question whether anything else was being absorbed correctly.

I take this once a day (cant afford to take twice a day or I would) and I have seen major improvement in my workouts. Doesnt mix great, but its not horrible and tastes pretty good regardless. I have used a lot of different powders and this is one of a very few that I can say for sure helped me.

I use this product after every gym session. I have been working out regularly for the past 3 years (between 6-9 times a week) and in the past 2 months of taking this product have seen a solid 5 pound increase in muscle. Could not be happier with this product or Re-Built Mass. Incredible gains in both strength and size. I recommend it to all of my friends. The only downside is that it isn't the tastiest thing you've ever had, Worth every penny.

I don't typically like vanilla, but this is great. Good cocktail of necessary things for weightlifters. You can't just eat tons of chicken or tuna and get the same ingredients. Sometimes it blows thu my digestive tract after a few hours, others it's fine. If I'm lacking on fiber intake, i wont digest an entire serving.

In 2 months since I started using this with re-power and re-feed, my bicept measurements increased 1/2 inch and my chest by 1 inch. I gained 4 pounds but my waiste remains 29 inches so there is no blimptitude caused by this product. I have been exercising for 15 years. I take it with ground almonds, flax seed, and fruit. It tastes so good that I have no interest in the likes of ice cream, fried food, or pizza. I'm spoiled by this stuff.
