Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Athletic Performance

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.

        This stuff actually works really great in terms of toning and definition. My stomach became much more defined without me even having to flex, lol. BUT! I developed such horrible, horrible cystic acne on my face and back that I couldn't even get through the first bottle...and they would leave scars. I started to wonder whether there were steroids in this stuff. It just wasn't worth it to me unfortunately. I'll stick to Burn 60 until they revamp this formula.

        I took this daily before a workout and on rest days as well. In terms of weight and energy goals I was getting really good results. I was previously on Burn 60 but wanted to try something new and this didn't have the flavor and really boosted my workout time. BUT I ended up with bad acne on my cheeks that disappeared 4 days after finishing the bottle and I had headaches for 2 days of no use. I really wish it didn't cause the acne or have a withdrawal symptom. So now I'm back on Burn 60 that has proven to be positive effect on me. If ain't broke don't fix it.

              This is the closet product I have found to love since they pulled Oxy Elite Pro. I have tried everything out there. I used to use Oxy Elite when I needed to drop 10 lbs and curve my binge cravings. Since the pull of OEP, I have tried 2 rounds of Cellucor, and 2 rounds of Hydroxy Cut Sx7. So far this is the closest that I have found to cure appetite, and give me the energy. I take one in the morning before egg whites and I am full until about 3pm. I then eat a small snack and take my 2nd pill and it gives me the energy to do a 5 mile run, and High Intesnity Interval training workout. So far I have lost 5 lbs in 2 wks. I am seeing more definition. Def. recomend trying

              Today was the first day i've tried this product. I'm small so I only took one pill. I don't like that you need to take this 30 min. before a workout as I workout at 5:00 so I had to set my alarm, take the pill and go back to bed for 30 min. It did give me a boost but I got sick to my stomach during my HIIT workout (it's only 15 min.). I am going to continue taking it, I hike tomorrow morning, i'm going to take two and see how it works! Can anyone let me know if this feeling subsides with use? I don't eat before my workouts, ever.

                I do my morning runs at about 6:00 am and sometimes only get about 5 hours of sleep the night before. This definitely gets rid of my sluggishness without making me feel jittery at all. I take it about 40 mins before I run (my commute into my work gym takes that long) and I'm ready to run as soon as I get there. I also take it in the evenings before I do my HIIT workouts. I only take one pill each time because I'm smaller and I usually don't need full doses to feel the effects.

                  First day I took 2 pills 30 minutes before working out and WOW. My body had the energy to burn twice the calories I normally burn in my work outs...from 300 to 600 calories burnt on my elliptical. I was very pleasantly surprised that my body was still full of energy after 30 minutes on the machine...so I kept going for an entire hours (I could have kept on going longer). I didn't even need a 12pm boost....my energy lasted all day! Very very excited to have bought this pills. No jitters either, I just feel physically and mentally like I am back in my 20's. Again... Awesome product!
