        I have been taking triple strength fish oil for years by advice of my doctor to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides. They have stayed at the same level for a while now. I started on these a month ago and had my blood work done yesterday. All of my levels have dropped dramatically. This is the only variable, my diet hasn't changed nor my routine. Great product!
