Scientifically Superior Whey Peptide+ Muscle Growth Formula*
  • Subjects Built 11 Lbs. of Mass*
  • 40% Increase in Muscle Strength & Amplified Recovery*
  • Enhanced ATP Regeneration & Free Testosterone Support*
The Most Powerful Whey Peptide+ Muscle Growth Formula
NITRO-TECH® POWER is the latest musclebuilding innovation from MuscleTech®, the brand with over 20 years of excellence. NITRO-TECH® POWER contains several key ingredients shown in multiple clinical studies to help you pack on more muscle than ever. See the research for yourself!

Scientifically Superior Musclebuilding Protein
To create the ultimate musclebuilding protein, MuscleTech® researchers started by packing a researched dose of 6g of creatine into every 2 scoops of NITRO-TECH® POWER. In a double-blind, placebo controlled study, subjects supplementing with this same dose of creatine gained 11 lbs. of mass in 12 weeks!*
NITRO-TECH® POWER also contains a scientifically validated 2.5g dose of betaine (per 2 scoops), which has been shown in multiple studies to increase strength and lean muscle. In a gold-standard study, subjects gained 3.75 lbs. of muscle in 6 weeks (vs. 0.66 lbs. for the placebo) – an incredible 5 times the muscle!*

Increased Muscle Strength and Amplified Recovery
This super-engineered formula is loaded with 14.8g of BCAAs, including 8g of highly anabolic leucine (in 2 scoops), and is sure to ignite protein synthesis and put your body in a prime anabolic state. The amount of leucine found in just one scoop of NITRO-TECH® POWER has been scientifically shown to increase strength by over 40%!
What’s more, this complete formula also features the 480mg dose (per 2 scoops) of tart cherry powder that has been shown in emerging research to improve recovery through

Enhanced ATP Regeneration and Free Testosterone Support
NITRO-TECH® POWER delivers a potent dose of creatine, which research has shown to help your body regenerate ATP energy stores depleted during resistance training.*
MuscleTech® researchers also included the scientifically studied 200mg dose of boron citrate (per 2 scoops) supplying a dose of boron that has been shown to decrease estradiol and increase free testosterone within the normal range in only 7 days.*

Conjugated Linoleic Acid

Conjugated Linoleic Acid
This nutrient has been used in connection with the following health goals
  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

This supplement has been used in connection with the following health conditions:

Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams daily
Though the evidence is conflicting, some studies have shown CLA to be effective at helping people lose body fat. (more)
Athletic Performance
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Conjugated linoleic acid may play a role in reducing body fat. Research has reported that CLA supplementation produces minor gains in muscle size and strength in weight-training men.(more)
Prostate Cancer
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Preliminary research suggests that CLA might reduce the risk of cancers at several sites, including breast, prostate, colorectal, lung, skin, and stomach.(more)
Breast Cancer
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Preliminary research suggests that CLA might reduce breast cancer risk.(more)
Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Athletic Performance
Dose: Refer to label instructions

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.
