Some research has shown that supplemental branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) (typically 10 to 20 grams per day) do not result in meaningful changes in body composition,1 nor do they improve exercise performance or enhance the effects of physical training.2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 However, BCAA supplementation may be useful in special situations, such as preventing muscle loss at high altitudes and prolonging endurance performance in the heat.8, 9 One controlled study gave triathletes 6 grams per day of BCAA for one month before a competition, then 3 grams per day from the day of competition until a week following. Compared with a placebo, BCAA restored depleted glutamine stores and immune factors that occur in elite athletes, and led to a reported one-third fewer symptoms of infection during the period of supplementation.10 Studies by one group of researchers suggest that BCAA supplementation may also improve exercise-induced declines in some aspects of mental functioning.11, 12, 13

      PRODUCT PROFILE - 10
      I do like that it combines a 3:1:1 ratio of BCAAs and 4g of SAAs. It has so much stuff in it i cant believe they can cram it all in there.
      EFFECTIVENESS - 10
      Heres where KINETIC shines. I have recently been hitting the gym harder than ever and its been tough to make it thru a session. I felt less fatigued whilst using this during my workout. I also had much more energy after each sip, this stuff is brilliant. And at the end of each workout i would not be overly tired like before, great recovery. Simply it makes you work harder for longer.
      TASTE - 10
      Its from the makers of Cellucor so what do you expect... They are KING when it comes to taste. I have tried watermelon and lemon berry and the fruit punch. The best flavor for me is watermelon as it almost tastes like candied watermelon, nice and sweet. And that applies to the ither flavors too. I will always look forward to drinking it to be honest, taste cant make or break a product but hell if it works and tastes great then thats rare task that they have down packed.
      MIXABILITY - 10
      I have Never had any hassles with floating particles or sand like unmixed fractions, which is a huge plus!
      USAGE - 10
      Simple, 1 scoop with 8oz of water during training or between meals. But i filled up my whole shaker with water and added one scoop and sipped it during training.
      OVERALL - 10
      I didnt want to due all 10's but this stuff really does deserve it!!! Overall this is my new favorite intra workout supplement! Its effective and tasty. So I would recommend this to anyone looking for their best and longest lasting workouts, PERIOD!

        Im a sponsored Obstacle Course Racer(Spartan race,Savage Race, Warrior Dash) and put my body through grueling tests on a weekly basis. Needless to say the day after running 10 miles and 30 obstacles my body is sore. Since I started using Kinetic I've noticed a drastic difference in my recovery and overall muscle soreness post race. I plan on continued use of us product and you should too!

          Kinetic Is an new intra-workout product that combines 4 grams of Silk Amino acids with 2.5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids.
          Dosage: I use/used 1 scoop and sip on it throughout my workouts. Although I upped it to two scoops after two weeks.
          Taste: I used to use Monster Amino and this taste blows it away. I use 20 ounces of water for one scoop but I still keep it at 20 ounces and its not too sweet for two scoops. It reminds me of having fruit punch kool aid when I was a child. Mixability: I had no problems with mixability in a water bottle. It does not clump and didn't require constant shaking.
          Effects: My recovery stayed the same but I was using a different Amino intraworkout product before this.
          Side Effects: None

            This is on of my favorite aminos on the market. I love the amino profile and the fact that you get bcaa and silk aminos. I use this product during my workouts to help with endurance and also later in the day I feel it really keeps me from being as sore later on. All three flavors are great but my favorite is lemon berry taste like raspberry lemonade.

            I didn't feel any different after taking Kinetic, normal for this type of product. I also found that it didn't mix very well immediately but unfortunately that's the case with most supplements containing amino acids. Shake or swirl before each sip and you're all set, or let it sit a little longer and it will dissolve. I usually take BCAAs without added SAAs. As a standalone BCAA product Kinetic is underdosed in my opinion, and wouldn't be my first choice. If it is on sale though, it is a good option. On the other hand if you're looking for a product with SAAs, it is an excellent choice. The flavoring is great. I'm sure if you've used similar amino acid products before you've had at least one with that bitter taste. Not here. All 3 flavors do a great job of covering up the taste of the amino acids. My one gripe is that I thought all 3 were too sour.

              Kinetic is by far my favorite BCAA now. It tastes amazing, and all 3 flavors are amazing in their own right. It is nice to have that yummy watermelon taste during my workouts other than just plain water.

              It also has an energy blend that helps get you through those last couple exercises on a hard workout day! Keeps me going and is very easy to drink. I highly recommend it as an intra-workout drink, or even just throughout the day to get your BCAAs in!

                Neon Sports has become one of my favorite companies in the supplement industry in the past few months! Kinetic by far takes the cake as the best Amino Acid product I have ever taken. I get great energy during my workouts when i sip on it either during cardio or during a lift. I feel like when I am getting tired during my workout that I get I push a little bit more with the help of this product, which I have never been able to do before with an Amino product. You will know what I am talking about after you try this product. I also feel recovered the next day on just one serving and am rarely sore, even though in the past I am usually sore and exhausted. This product aids in getting you ready for the next days workout and helps you to get a great workout the next day. Also, the taste is absolutely amazing (lemon berry is my favorite. It literally taste like your drinking your favorite soft drink beverage. I 100 percent fully support this product and will be using this as my main Amino Acid product for in the future!                 I have found my new favorite BCAAs! After months of trying products I have found my favorite in Neon Kinetic. First off the taste is amazing, Fruit Punch, I can drink it all day! Mixes easily and clean, which is great on the run. I drank mine after my workout and felt refreshed almost immediately! It's the great ingredients found in Kinectic...raw coconut water extract!
