Some research has shown that supplemental branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) (typically 10 to 20 grams per day) do not result in meaningful changes in body composition,1 nor do they improve exercise performance or enhance the effects of physical training.2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 However, BCAA supplementation may be useful in special situations, such as preventing muscle loss at high altitudes and prolonging endurance performance in the heat.8, 9 One controlled study gave triathletes 6 grams per day of BCAA for one month before a competition, then 3 grams per day from the day of competition until a week following. Compared with a placebo, BCAA restored depleted glutamine stores and immune factors that occur in elite athletes, and led to a reported one-third fewer symptoms of infection during the period of supplementation.10 Studies by one group of researchers suggest that BCAA supplementation may also improve exercise-induced declines in some aspects of mental functioning.11, 12, 13

      This is one of my go-to intra-workout drinks! I love that it has the Raw Coconut Water extract to aid in keeping your body hydrated throughout your workout. The BCAA and SAA mix gives you the best of both worlds. Kinetic helps keep me from fatiguing during exercise. I fell less sore than I do without taking BCAA's or SAA's. I was using Blox (which is still a GREAT product) before I got my hands on Kinetic and I feel as if Kinetic has done better at doing it's job, although Blox is just SAA's. Some competitors use different ratios for their BCAA's but I don't think that we're losing anything by Neon's use of the 3:1:1 ratio. I stack this with Neon's Volt, Cellucor's C4, or Muscle Pharm's Assault. All three flavors, Fruit Punch, Lemon Berry, and Watermelon taste great. There's no nasty aftertaste and no overwhelming flavor of coconut in any of the flavors, like some BCAA powders have. Overall, it's a great product and I'll continue to use Kinetic. I highly recommend it!

        Very good taste. Tastes a lot like Fruit Punch Gatorade, except it isn't as sweet which I like, sometimes Fruit Punch flavor can be extremely sweet. I mix it with water in a blender ball bottle. No issue at all getting it to mix into the water.

          this is a great tasting amino. I have tried many different products and very few stand up to kinetic. I was previously using cellucors new amino and that is a close second but other than those two there isn't much competition. I stacked this along with volt and I was very happy with my workout results. I received all three flavors to sample from neon sport and they were all fantastic. I would rank them as fruit punch, watermelon, lemon berry. I will continue to buy this product I feel that it is the best on the market

                I recently received a few samples of Kinetic to try out, and I must say that it definitely improved my performance and recovery. I drank each during my morning agility ladder work and I certainly felt less sore and less draggy later in the day. I also noticed is that I didn't get that "dry mouth" feeling that I usually get when I sweat a lot, which I thought was nice. As far as flavors go, Lemon Berry taste like pink lemonade (it's good, but I am not the biggest fan of the flavor), Watermelon is pretty good but somewhat tangy. Neon Sport really nailed the Fruit Punch flavor. Would definitely recommend this product as an intra-workout, especially for those who do endurance training or extended sets.

                I recieved some samples of Neon Kinetic to try out and evaluate.

                This is a interesting mix of SAA /BCAA and a kinetic energy blend. The flavoring was just as good as the pre workout, including the lemon berry which was my favorite flavor. I mixed it in about 20oz of water and sipped on it as a intra workout with great results. I felt hydrated and was able to really push myself without any issues.

                I would definitely recommend these products to anyone!!

                  I was able to sample all 3 flavors from Neon Sport and they did not disappoint. First off the taste was great, which is nice because I have spent a lot of money on products that don't taste well and don't have the desired effect that I was looking for. I would rank the flavors as Fruit Punch, Watermelon, Lemon Berry. As for results I felt that my work lasted longer and were better quality than those workouts with out it. It is just as good if not better than Alpha Amino by Cellucor which was my favorite up until I tried Kinetic. I used this as a intra workout supplement along with Volt as my pre workout and this is a very strong combo. Although they are both good by themselves I think that they are even better together .

                    I received some samples thanks to Cory and the people over at Neon Sport. I've tried all three flavors and I enjoyed all three. I mixed it in about 20 ounces of water and sipped it throughout my workout. I used Kinetic intraworkout for a few days and I have to say it is one of the best BCAA/Amino products I used. It mixed and tasted great and helped me get through my workout while in a caloric deficit.

                      Thanks to the good people at Neon Sports I received samples to review and give honest feedback on. Ok so we all know how rough it can be working, working out, completing errands...its none stop. Your body is constantly being beat down and its hard to find to just...recover. Well this is it, this product not only is the best tasting BCAA/SAA product Ive ever taken but it is one of the few that has given me an amazing result. Its cut down the soreness from day to day and helped me stick with a 5 to 6 day routine without putting me in a pain overload. Try it out, you will NOT be disappointed.

                      Received samples of 3 flavors from Cory Reps @ Neon Sport. The flavors were really great, along the same sweetness as Neon's PWO Volt. They mixed really well. I drink BCAA's during my workout. I usually use BSN's Amino X when I workout. What I noticed about Kinetic was that I did not notice any change in my energy level throughout the workouts. I did notice a bit more muscle soreness the next day but cannot rule out slight change in workout. Not really sure how much of each amino acid I was getting as it is a proprietary blend but most (even Amino X) are like that. I would use the product in the future but would need to see a price change comparable to Amino X to permantly switch. But overall, a good product.
