Some research has shown that supplemental branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) (typically 10 to 20 grams per day) do not result in meaningful changes in body composition,1 nor do they improve exercise performance or enhance the effects of physical training.2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 However, BCAA supplementation may be useful in special situations, such as preventing muscle loss at high altitudes and prolonging endurance performance in the heat.8, 9 One controlled study gave triathletes 6 grams per day of BCAA for one month before a competition, then 3 grams per day from the day of competition until a week following. Compared with a placebo, BCAA restored depleted glutamine stores and immune factors that occur in elite athletes, and led to a reported one-third fewer symptoms of infection during the period of supplementation.10 Studies by one group of researchers suggest that BCAA supplementation may also improve exercise-induced declines in some aspects of mental functioning.11, 12, 13

      Now finished a tub of Fruit Punch so i'll leave a review :)

      Taste 8/10
      I initially didn't like this flavour but by the time I'd got halfway through my taste buds had come round and I enjoyed the flavour enough to enjoy it so I'd be more than happy to purchase this flavour in the future.

      Effects
      9/10 Usually had 2 scoops a day, 1 with Pre workout and 1 intra, in the last few weeks I haven't felt sore while lifting so Kinetic is doing it's job.

      Mix ability 10/10
      I have numerous bcaa's and I have tried more, none have mixed as easily as Kinetic, it's fine powder is gone within a seconds shake !

        I've been very pleased with Kinetic thus far, especially since the flavoring of Fruit Punch is soooo DELICIOUS! Kinetic has a decent ingredient profile, but you really need 2 scoops to get an adequate amount of BCAA's and the added SAA's which have yet to be proven effective IIRC. Still Kinetic is a solid BCAA / SAA / Intra sup and a great buy!

        Taste
        Fruit punch is definitely good. I mix mine in a 32 ounce bottle and drink it during my workout. The taste was great, not too sweet and without an aftertaste.

        Mixing
        Using ice cold water it takes me a few shakes and it's fully dissolved. Does not settle on the bottom requiring constant shaking.

        Recovery
        Definitely noticed a change in recovery the second day in and thereafter (this coming off of a deload / off cycle.) Rarely have DOMS , no other side effects at all. Love the inclusion of L-Carnitine, a bit underdosed though. Works effectively, great product, great price.

            I would take this product every day either during my workouts or after. It is great because it gave me a constant flow of energy to keep pushing my limits in the gym. It also helped me recover and feel fresh for my workout the next day. The taste of this product is also great. It took a couple tries to find the right balance but after doing so I really enjoyed this flavor.

              The best thing about Kinetic is the great taste the fruit punch literally taste like Kool-Aid. Can easily mix this product during your workout and enjoy it while you make gains. If you do intense training programs with this product you don't have to worry about recovering it does it all for you. You can trust this product on doing great things for you. Some good things to note about this product is the 100mg of vitamin C and the amino-acid matrix that it shows in the Supplement facts. Hands down if you're looking at this product try it out its worth it.

                  The product container has an awesome look to it. The scoop was on top when I first opened it! #winning
                  The powder is fairly fine, which is mainly because of the SAA in the product, which also attributes to its great mixability.
                  I, personnally, am not a big fan of fruit punch flavored products, but the flavor was good, and it didnt have an after taste, which is also good.
                  I had no problem making it through my entire workout, which I attribute to the BCAA providing means of endurance to push through my lifting.

                  First time user for Neon Sport's Kinetic BCAA product.

                  Have been an avid sports athlete throughout highschool, did the baseball/gym/basketball thing in college, etc. That being said, I am now approaching 30 years of age and still hit the gym on a daily basis. I currently only take whey protein supplement and a multi-vitamin. This is one of a handful of BCAA supplements I have tried this past year, and am proud to say I was very impressed with Kinetic in general.
                  -Taking Kinetic during workout keeps me motivated to push through my sets and keeps my head clear. The refreshing fruit flavor keeps my workout interesting and does not leave me with an upset stomach or bad after taste.
                  -One scoop during workouts mixed in a gallon water jug works wonders, also consider mixing in gallon jug and sipping throughout the day to give a balanced distribution of BCAA's throughout the day

                  I must be critical and give only ONE comment with regards to any improvements I could see fit, this being to improve the mixability of Kinetic. Could not mix very well with spoon, best when mixed in shaker bottle or water jug.

                  Beyond this one improvement I would recommend, I have no complains about Kinetic or Neon Sport. It definitely boosts my recovery time, which is great for gym-goers like myself who find themselves working out 5+ days a week. I would definitely consider trying Neon Sport's other product lines!

                    I take this product mostly before workout. 15-30 min before. It mixes well in shaker and the taste is great. I have used it in combination with C4 and/or Neon Volt. My workouts are great and the results are showing. I have not had any side effects. Also my energy levels are off the charts.
