Product Information

Description

Multi-Peptide Cream
For folds (sides of nose to mouth lines) and more
Reviva claims that nasolabial folds are not only the result of years of facial movements like smiles, laughs, etc. - but also the loss of "cheek fat."
The cheeks in a young face have a "fat pad." With age, that fat falls down toward the nose, skin sags, and nasolabial folds are formed.
Our cream's complex formula includes peptides that address deep wrinkles, plus ingredients that can help increase fatty tissue volume to soften, plump up, and help the folds look less pronounced.
But for very deep wrinkles or folds, please review our "layering" suggestions on our label and in the directions.
These deep wrinkles and folds are probably skin's toughest problem. There is no quick fix. But here's another Reviva "first" that can help you be more proud of your skin.

Note: No skin cream can claim it can totally remove deep nasolabial folds, but now we can help reduce their appearance - as well as the appearance of other stubborn facial lines.

Product Directions / Additional Info

Apply morning and night with light, upward movements on slightly deep and moderately deep lines, folds, and corners of mouth, and lines near jaw.
For very deep lines or folds, use Reviva's 3-step "layering" system. Massage in Reviva's Energizing Gel all over face, wait 20 seconds, then apply our Glycolic Cream over the Gel. Then, apply new Peptide Cream over the Glycolic Cream.
(An experienced skin-care pro recommends alternating Reviva's Collagen Serum or Hyaluronic Acid Serum with Energizing Gel.)

Health Notes

Bell's Palsy

Bell's Palsy
  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by some in the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

Vitamin B12 injections have been shown to be beneficial for people with Bell's palsy.

About This Condition

Bell's palsy is a disorder of the nerve that controls certain muscles of the face.

People with Bell's palsy lose control of some or all of the muscles on one half of the face; consequently, the face looks asymmetrical. Rarely are both sides of the face affected. The cause is unknown, and the disorder usually resolves without treatment within six to twelve months.

People with diabetes or hypertension have greater-than-average risk for Bell's palsy.1, 2, 3 While no research has investigated whether better control of these conditions may help prevent Bell's palsy, people with Bell's palsy should be checked for diabetes and hypertension, especially if the palsy occurs repeatedly or affects both sides of the face.
