As a dietary supplement, one scoop of METHYL-T™ with 8 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes before workout. Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24-hour period. Exceeding the recommended amounts or not following directions may lead to unwanted effects. Consume a minimum 125 fl. oz. of water per day while taking this product. Methyl-T™ should not be consumed for more than 4 weeks without discontinuing use for 4 weeks between cycle. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program. Contents may settle after shipping.
