NATHAN'S TRAINING TIPS
Don't give up. With enough motivation, dedication and commitment, almost any of your fitness goals are achievable. You just have to have the patience to see them through.
Timing is key. Try eating every 2.5 to 3 hours. This helps keep your insulin levels in check and makes sure your body is regularly receiving the nutrients it needs for recovery and energy.
Look to amino acids. Add BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) to your nutrition routine. They help support your body with muscle recovery and repair.
