Collagen is our body’s key structural protein involved in creating strong and healthy nails, hair, tendons, bones, muscle, and keeping our skin smooth. During our youth collagen helps prevent wrinkles from forming, gives skin elasticity, helps create strong and thicker hair. In our early 20’s collagen diminishes by about 1% per year. By the age of 30, the signs of collagen reduction have started to become visible. The reduction in bones and joints begins to be felt. Collagen 1 & 3 are the main collagen types in connective tissue. Collagen Type 2 is a significant part of your body’s cartilage with naturally occurring hyaluronic acid for joint cushioning and lubrication. Hyaluronic acid and collagen are vital structural components of the skin. Chondroitin sulfate, also naturally occurring, may provide anti-inflammatory support.

Not impressed by taking 6 pills a day.
I don’t like that you have to take 6 of these large pills per day. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now & I have not noticed any changes. I will finish this bottle & try the powder next.

Shows improvements quickly
I've noticed my skin has greatly improved! My hair has grown quit a bit. Also my bags under my eyes rarely show up when I'm tired.

Hard as nails ð???
I don't get a kick out of taking six pills for one purpose a day, but they undoubtedly make a difference. I'm prone toward sad thin nails that break with the slightest pressure. Since taking the collagen they're strong & healthy. I have noticed that if I don't do a great job of taking them, my nails go back to their feeble broken norm :( I can't edit my review because it's all going on one line & I can only see a few words at a time. Definitely worth purchasing, though.

This stuff is amazing! I tore my meniscus, and started using this. Between my physical therapy and the collagen I won't have to have surgery! My knee is basically back to normal! My hair has been growing like crazy and my nails too...I highly recommend adding Collagen to your health regimen! My friend had arthritis in her knees, but the pain as completely gone away after using Collagen.

great for joint pain
I really like this product. I tried several others and this one does the best job of getting me pain free from joint pain, mostly my knees and wrists.
