Excellent buy
I'll start off with how you use this properly. You can do more research online but there are three phases. The first is the loading phase. This is where you should be taking 15-25grams per day(Based on body weight)[5-14 days]. The second is named the maintenance phase. This is where you should be taking one serving in the morning(about 3.5-5grams is good)[21-42 days). The third phase is what most people leave out but is very important. This is named the "washout phase" which is where you quit using Creatine for about a month. First of all you should know what Creatine is meant for. Creatine is designed to be a daily supplement that helps your body produce Creatine Phosphate. It speeds up ATP which gives you an extra boost of energy. This could increase muscle strength during workout 15-20% which is great. 40% of college and 50% of professional athletes use or have used Creatine. It gives you that extra strength that allows you to get through a tougher workout routine. It also adds water weight which will temporarily increase the size, definition and strength of your muscles. I suggest using this to anyone who is over 18 years of age and wants that extra edge in weight training or whatever sport they play. From personal experience on this particular product, I have noticed an increase in muscular strength and tenderness very quickly. As a pitcher, I feel that I can throw the ball harder and also hit the ball further. The cost of this product is quite cheap so why not give it a shot? With all that said there are a few cons you might want to take into consideration.
1: You need to drink about double the water you normally do, during the loading phase.
2:It doesn't dissolve so it may be more tricky to take than you think.
3: During the first few days, you may feel the need to urinate very often throughout the day.(This is true about all Creatine though.)

USE IT!! Mix in HOT-WARM water!!
I use the N.O. Explode before my workout, and I add about 2.5 grams of this creatine to my drink. After about 2.5-3 hours of my workout, I use a about 5 grams of creatine.

I have gained about 10 pounds in almost 3 weeks, and my friends have definetly noticed a size gain.

The problem with this product is that it about 100% insoluable in cold water. If you put it WARM-HOT water, it will dissolve immediatly!!!!!.
I have the unflavored creatine, so the warm-hot water mix with 5 grams of this creatine is absolutely clear, and tasteless.

I have used for 5 years. Very good!
I mix this product either with grape juice or in my protein shake. I start my day with Creatine and again just before work out time. It does a good job. I am over 50,so I need all the help I can get to stay ahead and out perform the young guys.

Amazing product
Hi Guys,
I have used this product by GNC 1st time, i always used to use ON creatine before. As we all know, creatine monohydrate is a good product for increasing power and mass. I started using this product for past 1.5 months and i must say, it is amazing if taken in right way. You need to mix it with some juice or can take with Glucon D/C. I have felt significant increase in power, strength and mass after using this. It's a good product @ a very good price specially 2.2lb.

Gain Muscle Mass!
I use 15 grams a day in protein shakes, usually before working out. This is the only product that has helped me consistently gain significant muscle mass. I am not a nutritionist, and I can't explain how, but for me in packs on the muscle and creates noticeable definition.
Only has a gritty taste when you use the maximum amount with minimal liquid.

This stuff is great!
I take one scoop before and after my work out i also stack it with AMP wheybiolic 60. I started it on monday and did max reps with 225, but i only got one. Then at the end of the week on friday i did max reps with 225 and i got 5 reps. Both times were after a heavy arm work out. This stuff i great i can't say enough about it.

Great Supplement
When using this product, it is best when combined with something else, such as protein powder. Alone it does not dissolve completely even in 16 ounces of water. Once I started combining it with whey protein before and after workout, I have not gotten the grittiness. I used to feel sick when I would be pushing my body during exercise. Since starting to use this supplement, I have not felt sick at all during workouts.

It works like it's supposed to
Hey guys, the one thing you have to understand about this stuff is that it's MICRONIZED. That means it's already in its smallest form. Micronized creatine monohydrate cannot be "dissolved" in water or juice, because it's already in its smallest form. Essentially you are just forming a suspension mixture when mixing it (if left alone, particles will settle). Any Creatine Monohydrate will taste horribly bitter, and it's kinda a hassle to take. But the gains are astonishing. You should notice gains in strenght as much as 15-20 percent when doing strenght exercises in the gym, and you'll notice you can run a lot harder and faster. There is definitely maintenance upkeep in increased water intake. Overall, it's one of the most cost-efficient and effective supplements out there. You simply have to know how to use it. It will take about 2 weeks to complete the loading cycle (where you should be taking twice the normal dose daily) and you need to double your water intake daily as well. It's great stuff, and like any other product at GNC, you can find it cheaper elsewhere. There's not a whole lot of science to creatine. It's a preatty simple supplement, and you can get it anywhere. Like the other guy said, mix it with a sugary juice, and stay away from mixing it with acids (e.g. orange juice). It also adds a lot of size right off the bat, which is water weight... but it still makes you bigger temporarily. The real gain is in the workouts while you're on it, where you're lifting 15-20% more than you would be in a workout without it. If you're going to use this product, really do your research and learn how to use it properly. It does work.

This product is great!
I have fibromyalgia and there is really nothing you can do but take drugs for the pain. I decided to try creatine and it is fabulous. I'm certain not too many people know what this can do for a fibro patient as I just happened across the benefit of it. I have energy, can get out of bed and do daily activity without complete exhaustion and little pain. I recommend this to anyone who will listen!!
