Oh, it works!
Used this when I was in graduate school a few years back and got HUGE! Adds strength to your workouts and helps build muscle, no question! Recently when I seperated my shoulder I was struggling to make gains in the gym and get back to my old routine, but went back to creatine monohydrate and made immediate gains. Make SURE you are using enough.

Works better than $70 creatines, last a long time... Worth the buy, you wont find creatine thats more effective, so dont waste your money, creatine is creatine...

Attention LADIES
Okay, I had to review this for all the ladies out there... Since all the reviews are from men who are trying to gain muscle mass.
I am 26, 5'0" and 115 lbs. When I began using this product I was 122 lbs. I am a figure competitor and was having a rough time shedding the last few lbs of fat.
Girls, you have to remember that it is a TOUGH gig to gain muscle mass so you need not worry about "bulking" up. Creatine will make you gain water weight. You will feel bloated. However! Once you stop the creatine, you will notice an instant difference in your body and how it feels! I was a tad afraid of starting creatine as it seems to be a product only men go for. If you can be patient for your results... Go on it for a week with perfect diet and lifting and you will see your trim body once you stop.

Works Fast!
Don't load just take 5g a day for a week with juice.
when a creatine works you should notice it in 2weeks or less. I only take it when I workout. For me I noticed gains in 1 week. Drink lots of water when on creatine its important for it to work.

Stuff Works
I have been using this product for the past 3 months and decided to finally write a review. It works best for me when I mix it with my Pre Workout. I use 5gs daily even on recovery days. I have noticed and increase in strength as well as Muscle. Highly recommend it and is very affordable.

good product!
this has to be my favorite creatine product. its really cheap and it works. so dont go spending a bunch of money on stuff when you can get this. ive been on this for about a month and ive got gains on my deadlift and bench. this product surprised me. i will definatly be buying this again!!!

Solid Creatine Product.
For the first week I took it as follows:
Day 1-4-two scoops after workout and one scoop before bed
Days 5-9-two schoops after workout
Remainding usage-one scoop after workout and one scoop on off days.

Usually drank a glass or two of water with every meal and didnt feel NEGATIVE side effects.
Before I started I weighted 168, about 2 weeks in I weighed 177 (water weight) and then when I finished, my weight leveled out at 174. I'll definitley be buying this again.

Good for the price
Take it as a pre and post workout supplement. It has helped with strength gains. I was able to push just a little harder and longer when I started taking it.

Honest review
For the first week I did the loading phase which means I took it 4 times a day. After that, I dropped it down to a much healthier 1 teaspoon a day dosage. The loading was just to shock my body into it. Very common thing with creatine. A few weeks later I am writing this review. Since the start of using it 3 weeks ago I can now lift 2-10 lbs more on each workout. On my decline bench I went up 10 lbs and on my tricep pulldown I went up 2.5lbs. Bottom line, i am stronger in everything I do at the gym because of this supplement. IMPORTANT: You must drink a lot a lot a lot of water to receive the strength gains that this supplement offers. Creatine is the car and water is the fuel. The car will not run without fuel; The creatine will not work without water. Take it anytime of the day. Hope this helps!
