What is the status of my order?

For standard delivery, you can usually expect delivery within 2-5 business days from your order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your tracking information or a status change update. While the order is processing at our warehouse, the status doesn't change and will remain "In Progress". Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and will ship separate from the remainder of your order. Visit our My Account page to easily check the status of your order either by logging in to your account or using the Track Order feature. 

How can I change or cancel my gnc.com order after it has been submitted?

GNC does not have the ability to cancel or reroute your order once it’s been placed. Please visit our Customer Service contact us page to get in touch with our team or return our item in-store or by mail once it’s been received.  


For In-Store Pick Up orders, orders will automatically be canceled if not picked up within 5 days of the Ready for Pick Up email.

How can I change or cancel my GNC Routines Subscription order?

First, Sign In to your account.  On your “My Account” page, select “GNC Routines”.  There you will see your upcoming shipments.  Here you can: 


  • Add Items (as a one-time purchase or new subscription item) 
  • Send your order now 
  • Change or skip a shipment 
  • Cancel this order 
  • Change the frequency 
  • Change the quantity 
  • Change the shipping address or payment information 
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together, but there will be times where we have to divide your order into multiple shipments. GNC ships out of our Distribution Center and from our stores so that we can offer our full assortment of inventory to our customers. For this reason, it is possible that your order gets split and sent to you in multiple packages. Please note that you will not be charged additional shipping costs. If your order is split, you will receive notification through email. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Your order will be charged as each item/package is shipped so your card may be charged multiple times. 

Can I apply multiple coupons to 1 order?

Only one coupon can be used per order. 

My coupon isn’t working. What do I do?

Some coupons have minimum purchase requirements and exceptions, please check the details or visit our offer details for more information. Check the coupon is not expired and make sure your coupon is valid in-store or online.
