Great stuff. I don't normally use "pre-workout supplements" other than Creatine, but I decided I needed something for days where I just don't feel motivated to go to the gym. This stuff gets you going, but not overly hyped up, like some other high caffeine products. You get great pumps and the endurance is excellent. No post workout "crash" either. I ended up buying both the "stim" version with 350 mg caffeine, and the "non-stim" version with zero caffeine. Both work excellent. Taste wise, I've had both the orange and the lemonade. I like um both. Not the absolute greatest tasting product, but not at all bad. I will continue using this product.

Lemon flavor is disgusting it the results are amazing. Avoid lemon and orange and you will be good. Product is amazing!

This and ACG3 were the best 2 products I've used. I worked for corporate and franchise GNCs for close to a decade... and this product was the best seller for years. Great formulation and tastes great. It's a shame that GNC increased the price. Used to be able to get it for 20-30 bucks cheaper at the franchise GNCs. I now have to resort to other brands because of the high price.

Tried a sample of this in lemonade. Taste was good. I don't use pre-works, but I've taken samples a few times before. It gave me some energy, nothing crazy, just enough that its presence was felt. I was prepared to be hyperventilating in a corner of the gym, but instead I just went through the three cycles of pre-work; random happiness (constant and uncontrollably smiling), wanderlust (walking around the gym in between sets while talking to myself), and lastly intense concentration (sound the lunk alarm). Would I recommend this, well I didn't die, so yeah, sure.
