How Can I Make Edits to My Subscription?
First, log in to your account. On your “My Account” page, under “Order Status & Tracking”, select “Auto Delivery” and you will be brought to your “My Auto Delivery Page”. There you will see two tabs.
The “My Next Order” tab deals with the order that is next to be shipped, no other orders. Here you can:
  • Add items (as a one-time purchases or new subscription item)
  • Change the Send Date
  • Cancel this individual order
The “My Subscriptions” tab keeps track of all of the different subscriptions you have. Here you are able to manage each subscription individually and can:
  • Change the frequency
  • Change the quantity
  • Pause your Subscription (Press "Edit" and choose "Pause Auto Delivery")
  • Change Delivery Address (Press "Edit" and choose "Change Address")
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel a single subscription or all of them. In this system, to cancel, you will actually be “Pausing” your subscription. This is the equivalent of cancelling with the added convenience of being able to start it right back up in the future if you so wish.
Cancelling, or “Pausing”, an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. No further charges to your form of payment will be made.
Here’s how to cancel:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your “My Auto Delivery Page”
  3. Select the “My Subscriptions” tab
  4. Find the product subscription you would like to cancel
  5. Click “Edit” to the right of that product
  6. Press “Pause Auto Delivery”
  7. Answer the prompt that appears
  8. Select “Deactivate”
I Paused My Subscription, How Can I Resume It?
To resume a product subscription, you can do so by following these easy steps:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your “My Auto Delivery Page”
  3. Select the “My Subscriptions” tab
  4. Find the product subscription you would like to renew
  5. Choose “Pause Auto Delivery”
What If a Product in My Subscription Changes or Runs Out?
GNC is committed to providing only the best in quality and innovation to help you Live Well. Our Nutritional Science Team is frequently reviewing and updating formulas to bring you the most up-to-date advancements in the industry. As new technology emerges, so do new products. This means your Subscribe + Save order may be canceled due to the reformulation of ingredients. If this occurs, you will be notified via email and supplied a link to the newly reformulated product so that you can replace your subscription.
If a product you subscribe to is temporarily out-of-stock you will receive an email notification. Please note that if you do not manually cancel that specific order, the out-of-stock item will ship when it becomes available. It will not be held until your next scheduled shipment.
Similarly, if a product has been discontinued, you will be notified by email and that order will automatically be canceled. If this is the only product you have subscribed to for in the Subscribe + Save program, your full subscription will be cancelled.
What If I Need to Change My Address?
If you want to update your shipping address for all of the subscriptions you receive, you can do so by simply changing the address on your account. Here's how:
  1. Go to "My Account"
  2. Under "Account Features" section, click "Shipping Address"
  3. Enter your new address.
  4. Click "Save Address"
  5. Your new address will automatically become your Preferred Shipping Address. Your old address will stay in the system. Simply click "Delete" if you wish to completely remove it
If you want to have just one or a few of your subscribed items shipped somewhere else, rather than your entire subscription list, you can adjust the shipping addresses at an individual product level. To do so:
  1. Go to "My Account"
  2. Under "Order Status & Tracking", select "Auto Delivery"
  3. Click the "My Subscriptions" tab
  4. Find the item you'd like to change the shipping address for
  5. Click "Edit" then "Change Address"
  6. Once you update this address, if you’d like the item to always be shipped to this address, make sure that the “Apply to all subscriptions” box is checked. However, if you want to change the shipping address to just apply to your next order, make sure that the “Apply to all subscriptions” box is not clicked
What If I Need To Change My Payment Method?
Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to edit your payment and billing information. If you wish to do so, please contact a GNC.com team member via phone or Chat to discuss your options. At the moment, to change payment methods on your own, you will need to cancel (“pause”) all of your current subscriptions and sign up for new subscriptions.
GNC Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions
The customer agrees to charges for products based on the frequency selected. Subscribe + Save orders will be in effect indefinitely from the date the first order is processed, unless canceled.
Unless modified by the customer, the credit card used to set up the initial Subscribe + Save order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing a Subscribe + Save order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for subsequent Subscribe + Save orders indefinitely from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel your Subscribe + Save shipments earlier.
Payment and order information are available to you on the site as a registered user. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Subscribe + Save orders. Gift certificates, e-Gift certificates, Gift cards, checks, Bill Me Later and PayPal will not be accepted.
Recurring order pricing will reflect the same price as at the time of the initial purchase, excluding certain promotional pricing, including but not limited to, BOGOs or any multiple-item discount. These promotions cannot be combined with the Subscribe + Save subscription program. GNC will notify the customer of the amount of all charges prior to the order being fulfilled (10 days in advance of ship date). GNC reserves the right to cancel any recurring orders due to incorrect Subscribe + Save product pricing.
For GNC Members, if you sign up for Subscribe + Save with the use of a Gold Card and purchase a product that is eligible for Member Pricing, you will receive Member Pricing on your recurring Subscribe + Save items for the duration of your subscription. In other words, the price you pay on your first order gets locked in for as long as your subscription continues.
You must register with www.GNC.com in order to set up GNC Subscribe + Save shipments and must have a valid email address.
You will be able to log in using your account to modify or cancel your Subscribe + Save shipments at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request. You can cancel the Subscribe + Save program at any time by logging into your GNC.com account and altering your subscription or by calling our customer service team. Canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product.
These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the Subscribe + Save order, including but not limited to:
  • Quantity
  • Pricing
  • Frequency of shipment
  • Credit card information
Shipping restrictions may apply. Subscribe + Save is not available for international orders. The ShopRunner shipping program does not apply or combine with Subscribe + Save orders.
If a Subscribe + Save product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it is in stock. Similarly, if a Subscribe + Save product is discontinued, you will be notified by email and your Subscribe + Save shipments canceled if this is the only product you have set up for Subscribe + Save.
These Subscribe + Save Terms & Conditions supplement the General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (which are incorporated herein by reference) and govern your use of the Subscribe + Save program.
GNC reserves the right to update or revise these Subscribe + Save Terms & Conditions at any time. If GNC makes material changes to these Subscribe + Save Terms & Conditions, we will provide you notice by posting a notice on this website for 30 days. If you do not accept these Subscribe + Save Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, your only remedy is to cancel your registration for the Subscribe + Save program. You acknowledge that GNC may elect in its discretion to discontinue the Subscribe + Save program or any specific subscription for any reason at any time.
