Chia is good
I was thinking about buying some chia but prices are really high. As a kid I lived in Mexico for 14 years, we used to consume chia every day in a lot of different ways, even as a drink. Salvia Hispanica, AKA Chia is native to central America and southern Mexico, now is cultivated around the world. My family travels to Mexico very often, they buy it there super cheap, believe it or not around $8.00 per kilo (about 2 lbs) or less, It's too bad that it costs twice as much here. I really recommend chia to everybody though..

Chia seeds per Dr Oz
I do think the chia seeds help you feel full but you have to drink them quickly or they get slimy

Don't see much change, just little more
I leave it for 15min in a glass of water, it gets a little mashy then I add that to the blender with 2 bananas and 1 glass of milk -- all this 1hr before the gym. Not much effectivity... maybe I need to use somehow else...?

Will add to my daily diet!
I sprinkle the seeds on my oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese...just about any kind of food.

Use every day in my protein shakes or sprinkle on salads. Love the white seeds as they don't show as much (as the black) if they get stuck in your teeth! I feel fuller and more energetic when using these every day.

All aboard the Chia wagon
I think Chia seeds are the greatest new "old" thing. Several of my co-workers have jumped on the "chia wagon". One of my co-workers said that her husbands office workers were using the chia seeds (sprinkling on food) and have lost tons of weight. One lady has been able to lower her blood pressure medicine, another lady's glucose levels have dropped where she no longer needs insulin. Great for a healthy lifestyle change.
