Hard as nails ð???
I don't get a kick out of taking six pills for one purpose a day, but they undoubtedly make a difference. I'm prone toward sad thin nails that break with the slightest pressure. Since taking the collagen they're strong & healthy. I have noticed that if I don't do a great job of taking them, my nails go back to their feeble broken norm :( I can't edit my review because it's all going on one line & I can only see a few words at a time. Definitely worth purchasing, though.

This stuff is amazing! I tore my meniscus, and started using this. Between my physical therapy and the collagen I won't have to have surgery! My knee is basically back to normal! My hair has been growing like crazy and my nails too...I highly recommend adding Collagen to your health regimen! My friend had arthritis in her knees, but the pain as completely gone away after using Collagen.

great for joint pain
I really like this product. I tried several others and this one does the best job of getting me pain free from joint pain, mostly my knees and wrists.

I have been taking these pills for 2 years now, mostly because I wanted to get rid of the deep furrow lines between my brows. Not only are those gone, but also are the forehead lines and my crows feet. My skin is a bit clearer( I still get flare-ups once in a while due to hormonal shifts and stress) but it is my hair and nails that have really taken off! Usually my hair grows to just past my shoulders and breaks off in the back. Not any more! By the way, this works better if you take a good hair, skin and nails supplement plus 10,000 mcg of biotin. Wow, what a difference.

Helps with joints
I have bad arthritis and my joints swell terribly. I tried this stuff, not for beauty purposes, but for the joint and tendon benefits that collagen is supposed to support. After one day of use my swelling of my "cankles" was greatly reduced. Two days, it was completely gone, and after three days my arthritic back no longer hurt nor did it grind or click. Then my eye lashes that fell out during chemo two years ago started to grow back in, my hair has stopped falling out, and cuts that wouldn't heal due to my diabetes are healing. All in all a decent supplement, I still have the same line on my forehead as before....only a laser later this year can take that off. This seems to just help my body function better.

Essential for skin, hair and nails
Collagen is essential. But as we age and due to free radical damage we loose collagen and elastin which causes the skin to wrinkle and sag. My derm suggested taking up to 2000 mg daily in the morning and on an empty stomach.

It does work!
I bought this product for my mom a few months ago, and she just loves the product. She never told anyone that she has been using a collagen product to support her hair, skin, and nails. After taking this product for a while, people start complimenting my mom on her skin and hair (especially, her facial skin.) That's great, isn't it? I'm not sure if it's true, but my mom told me the product somehow also helps her sleep well at night. My last comment is that I think the direction how to take the pill on the label might be too simple (i.e. before and after meal.) We really need to a little bit research on how to take collagen effectively.
