Replaced CoQ-10
Seems to work well. I bought this in place of CoQ-10, as I had read that ubiquinol was a better form with more results that CoQ-10. I will continue to use this product.

I give Ubquinol a 5 star rating. Ubquinol helps my body to tolerate the side effects of my cholesterol medicine .

Contains Soy like MOST CoQ10.
This is the superior form of CoQ10 - Ubiquinol.
But its very hard to find suppliers that provide non Soy derived CoQ10 (often containing its refined form called: "Lecithin"). Soy is of a lot of concern to those very in the know about health since it can be tied to inflammation or estrogen pre-cursors - a bad thing especially for men trying to lose that last stubborn belly-fat.

That said this is a pretty good price for a 200 mg dosage - 2x what is normally sold by most suppliers. Up to about 400 mg per day is fine and many people do these higher doses to offset absorption problems in some and due to higher body mass and weight. The problem with the regular 100mg dosage is the small capsule sizes. Ironically the small pills are HARDER to swallow since they are not heavy enough to drop down the throat without taking other pills along with it to help it along - that's been my personal experience and I take 18 pills or so per day of supplements - 6 at a time. So the 200 mg size will be easier to swallow in general - as well as easier to hold in hand without dropping the smaller pills on the floor/counter

Take Statins
I experienced joint pain and was told that might be from a Q10 deficiency due to Statin use. I took Q10 and it really did not help but the sales person at my GNC recommended Ubiquinol. Within 2 weeks my joint pain was gone I have become much more active and have lost 35lb just from being able to move more. Thanks GNC for the great suggestion!
