I put the flax seeds in my daily, morning yogurt. Can't even taste them. I've been doing this for 2 years and have been regular ever since!! I used to go days without "going", but I do not have that problem any more! It's great.

Pretty darn good!
I went in looking for something to help with my daughter's PMS, and the lady recommended both a supplement (which didn't agree with her unfortunately) and then this for every day health. I wound up putting this into my own diet and found it to be wonderful. Whether on my cereal or in my shakes, it does exactly what it's supposed to do! It even added a light nutty flavor to my banana and vanilla shake which I found to be pretty yummy! Can't beat the price either.

Good quality with great price~!
I bought 6 packs through the buy one get one free activity and sent 4 of them as a present to my friends and parents in China. We all love flax seeds~ It's easy to eat and taste good with rice or salad. And it's good to health apparently~

I would buy this product again and again
The flax seed taste wonderful on my cereal. I eat flax seed everyday on my cereal and also put some on my salads and yogurt. Very easy healthy way to add Omega3'sto your diet. Flax seed has also helped reduce my cholesterol levels.

Flax Seeds NB
I love the taste, and add it to my Almased diet shakes, adding 1/2 TBS along with same amount of Chia seeds, and allowing it to soak into the water-based shake for 5 min or so. Delicious and the added fiber and flavor is very satisfying.
