Pain Reliever

Add 7 drops of oil of oregano to 3 ozs of water; swirl and drink. Drink at night prior to going to bed ... drink in morning when arising. Ankle pain form "bone on bone" joint has been almost eliminated; although my walking pace is slow, it is almost totally pain free and without the use of a cane.
