They are excellent, just as advertised. Relieved the problem I had that was caused by my prostate. That's why I continue to take this supplement daily.

I am not going into the details of why someone would choose to use this type of supplement (the studies are readily available, just do a search on the Internet to find them). I can say that I have been taking other brands of Saw Palmetto for a couple of years and I have noticed a significant positive difference in results with this product. I have also not experienced any side-effects. I would recommend the GNC brand and this formula of Saw Palmetto to a friend or family member and plan on continuing to use it, myself.
