Wonder herb!
I am 48 years old and after complaining to my doctor, this supplement was suggested by him to prevent the urge to go pee in the middle of the night. I have been taking this regularly 1 tablet twice a day for the past year and have enjoyed being able to sleep through the night!

If you time it right, you can get this as low as $12/bottle.

Causes constipation
This formula causes constipation for me, which discourages me to take it regularly and reduces its potential effects. Hope GNC will fix this in its future new formula.

Difficult to swallow
These look like chewable tablets and are difficult to get down without sticking in my throat. Don't try chewing them, the worst taste in the world!

Excellent
I am 64 years old and have been taking saw palmetto for 12 years. I started with the extract version and switched to this raw pill 5 years ago and find it works better for me. I take one in the morning and one at bedtime. I sleep through the entire nite and have a normal stream during the day. It is an excellent product.

Does what it says
Just take it daily along with my vitapak from GNC. Was using an older version of the current vitapak and when I switched to the new one this wasn't in it. I decided to get it as it was very helpful in certain areas before while I was taking it. Got it on a 3 for $25 deal and it was definitely worth it.
