PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO

Ages 6 through adults- 1 to 2 teaspoons 3 times daily.
Children 2 to 6 years- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon 3 times daily.
Not recommended for children under age two. If cough or sore throat persists for more than one week consult a doctor.
