not safe
Quinine works for cramps but has been banned from FDA usage because of long term serious side effects. They are still available for use in Europe. Actually quite surprise to see this product here. I get cramps when I do marathon races and cycling races and theres limited choices out there. Found a new product called HotShot and so far it works pretty good. GNC will probably carry it eventually but relieved to see theres a remedy.
