Solid Product
I have blown through two of these jugs throughout the past two months. I'm in the middle of a cut and have been suffering from fatigue during the day and during workouts because of my low calorie diet. I've noticed a big uptake in my energy levels throughout my workouts since I started sipping on this stuff. If you haven't used aminos before, the best way to describe it is a really awesome gatoraide that provides you with all sorts of electrolytes and magic to keep you going when otherwise you would be running on fumes. I've been drinking the arctic ice flavor and love it, it doesn't hit you in the face with a sugary taste like a lot of supps do. It's kinda like a mellow snow cone flavor. I definitely recommend this product to anyone on a cut or low-carb diet.

A scoop of this in my water everyday! It is great to satisfy when you are craving sweets. The recovery benefits are great as well, this lets do legs two times a week.

Best tasting BCAA
I absolutely love this product. I jump around a lot to try new brands and flavors and go with whoever has a sale usually but this one I always come back to. A little high on cost for the serving size but the grape is hands down the best. Be careful where you order though....have purchased this from multiple sources...GNC, Amazon, Bodybuilding.com....sometimes you just get a bad batch. If it doesn't have a strong grape smell, and smells like plastic or anything other than you would expect, send it back!

Mix it with my carb drink during workout
I love it CLA with BCAA and I mix it up with carbs to drinking during my workout and it keeps the pumps going.
