I have been using the watermelon Amino Energy for about 2 years now and I don't know what I would do without it. The watermelon is my absolute favorite flavor. It gives me just enough energy to get a great workout in without the crazy feeling of a pre workout!

I have been trying to be active lately with little to no prior experience in health and fitness. However, a GNC associate referred me to this product and I LOVE it. Strong enough to get you energized and keep you focused, yet mild enough to not get jitters or headaches. It is also mild enough to take it if you need a pick-me-up in the afternoon. I love this product and will continue to use it.

If youre looking for an apex performing Amino Acid mix or Pre workout supplement, then Amino Energy probably isn't for you. But its balance of nutrition and energy boosting is as an intro to workout supplements. Its also mild enough to use daily.

Fruit fusion is the best flavor hands down.

I love the balanced energy, taste like cool aid (grape flavor) not to bad, and it doesn't make you feel jittery. The price is affordable and I highly reccomend it.I am a mommy of 3. Always on the go. This helps maintain or body's my energy and focuslevel.

I have been using this product for a few weeks and I am totally a raving fan. I quit drinking coffee a couple years ago because I was getting stomach aches and head aches. I had a decent amount of energy mainly from good sleep and being a particular eater. I decided to work this in as an alternative to other flavored soft drinks etc.. I am very impressed. It didn't necessarily make me crazy with energy but I can definitely feel a huge difference in my focus and attitude throughout the day. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best energy sup's I have ever tried! The green apple flavor is LEGIT! NO after taste or burps and it mixes very well!

Good if youre looking to start a new preworkout, although it has uses for during and after your workout as well. Price is hard to beat so I can recommend giving it a definite try.

I've been taken AMIN.O. Energy for a while now, but I don't like the fruit fusion flavor anymore. I'll stick to grape or orange.

I use two scoops in 24 oz of water. It dissolves easily (unlike a lot of other amino products) and tastes good, too. Keeps me going through my workout. Orange is my favorite flavor but I've tried the fruit punch and raspberry and they were good.

Great everyday product when recovering AFTER you have taken post workout protein, or when you just want something to drink and don't want coffee or soda (just not in the evenings). Orange taste is just like Tang, only not as intense / very smooth flavor. Can feel a difference in soreness between when I do and when I don't take this product.

I drink this first thing in the morning, and it gives me energy and helps me focus all day, up to 8 hours. I'm ditching my morning coffee routine, which makes me crash after only 4 hours. This is a great product!

Pretty effective but bottle was half full along with ON's Pre and same deal. Bottle was half full but it's effective.

Gave me a good energy boost because of the caffeine, but didn't notice faster recovery time. I will continue to buy this if I can find it cheap enough.

I bought this stuff wondering if it would make a difference or not. I felt the effects the first time. It did make me wired and every now and then it will have that effect on me. Otherwise it gives me that little boost to make it through my intense workouts. I also have used it to give me a little pick me up before work, and it was amazing. I did notice that sometimes I have to take more than the recommended 2 scoops to feel an effect. Introduced it to a friend and she loves it!
Recommend Orange & Grape (grape is a little stong but with more water, it tastes great)

Just started using this but it does seem to help me during the day to have more energy. I do not seem to get as tired.

I use this right before my workout so i can get pumped up and then after my workout so i can recover fast. I like if because it tastes better than the other stuff i have been taking.

I use this before workouts and whenever I need a general pickup during the day. I try to use smaller doses, but usually, it'll take 4-6 scoops to really get anything from it. However, I think that's just me because most energy drinks don't work for me.

The taste is good but not great using the recommended amount of water because with 4+ scoops, it's kinda strong for my taste. But it's not a bad taste by any means.

I'm going to buy another flavor now and try mixing with flavored water/juices to weaken the flavor a bit and really give it another go.

I've used the Fruit Punch for a couple months now, thought I would give this one a try...wow. The after taste is a kicking sharp and unexpected. Not that it is over all bad, just, reminds me of a sweettart. Not a 100% sure I'll buy this one again, but I will continue with the Fruit Punch; which I have shared with coworkers and even passed onto my mom.

This is a great product. I'm glad I found it. It does what it says. And it tastes great too.

I've used it as a preworkout drink & it works pretty good, but this seems o be most effective as a post workout recovery drink; it really boosts your energy levels back up & sems to help with muscle recovery.

This has a surprisingly good orange flavor. I've found it much better than OJ or protein drinks for getting me through my morning workouts.

I am not a coffee drinker and used to drink Monster Khaos every morning for my wake me up. I have replaced that with the Orange flavored Amino Energy from Optimum Nutrition and love it. I am getting the wake me up I need without most of the calories and negative affects of the other energy drinks. I love this product and am about to order some more.

This is a great product and has helped me increase my workout time and intensity. It has even helped me maintain energy levels after a hard workout as opposed to crashing from exhaustion. Great when stacked with the GNC brand beta-alanine Rapid drive.

This is a great product. One of my favorite qualities of this supplement is the fact that it is creatine free. Which is rare for a energy workout supplement. Many people tell me it isn't a "true" pre-workout supplement, but I believe it is. I also like the fact that I can take it after my workout because the aminos in it will aid in recovery and if you workout early in the morning the extra caffeine after the gym will help you power through the rest of your day. On top of all these additions it also tastes great. I've only taken the orange cooler flavor though so I can't speak for the other flavors. Also if you get this product and try the recommended serving size and don't feel anything remember that body weight plays a big role in that so if you weigh over 200 you might want to take two or three servings.

Great tasting pre workout shake. Not quite as tasty as the fruit fusion but better than the grape. I use it before every workout and it gives me the energy to start my workout and keeps me going during my workout.

I tried this product after my first can of jack3d and there is no comparison...jack3d beats it by a mile. Almost no buzz/energy from this product. Tastes horrible and gave me gas/bloating....just get jack3d instead....

Works fantastic before I ride or do a 50 mile mountain climb on the bike. I use to cramp during competitve cycling, not anymore! This product gave me the edge I needed with confidence to compete. Im 53 years old and can stay with cylclist 20 years younger than myself. This product works!

This is a great idea for a supplement. I feel like it really helps me near the end of my workout to maintain energy and strength. Not a true pre workout and underdosed for an intra workout, but i like the concept of just a little boost for both. Def get orange cooler. its kind of like a tangerine flavored candy.

These are the best tasting amino powders on the market. I like the orange best but the grape is good to. Priced write and performanes perfect. (label advises starting with one scoop but if you have taken a pre drink in the past start with 2 scoops to be effective)
