Luminite is a Good Natural Product
I am unsure why this product is named 'Luminite', but I've been using it for the first time, and it helps me relax and sleep. I am a nervous type of person, so I take the Luminite 30-60 minutes before bedtime, and it well does the job to assist my being able to fall asleep and awaken refreshed in the morning.

Definitely helped me sleep, but...
I bought this after having amazing results with lumiday. While it most certainly put me to sleep, the nightmares I had were terrible. Very lucid, vivid nightmares. At first I thought it was a fluke, because I'm prone to nightmares. After the third night, I knew it was this supplement. I took it back to GNC and the employee was incredibly helpful in explaining what caused the nightmares and shared a similar experience he had with the product causing lucid dreams. While everyone's body chemistry is different, I don't personally recommend this if you're prone to nightmares.

It works!
Take it an hour before you go to sleep and take no more than one pill (otherwise, you might sleep through your alarm.) It works better than the prescription drugs and other over-the-counter aids that I've tried - with no side effects that I can detect. As long as you follow the dosage instructions, you should get a full night's sleep and feel rested the next morning.

Works great - sleep through the night
Luminite is a great product; it's worked better than melatonin, anti-histamines, and other over-the-counter and prescription medicines and supplements that I've tried. After going through years without being able to sleep through the night, Luminite has worked every night for months. Even when awoken by a phone call, I was able to fall back to sleep - before Luminite, I would've been awake the rest of the night.

I recommend that you take it at least an hour before bedtime and take no more than one pill. Otherwise, you run the risk of waking up groggy or sleeping through your alarm the next morning, as other reviewers have noted.

worked well for me
Im a bad insomniac, trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, and I wake up to a pindrop. I am a fond lover of ambien, also became quite addicted to it. It would be ok if i didnt have children but it really is not safe at all, i was sleep eating even waking up with my head in my plate-knew then i had a problem. Without a sleep aid i have no chance at restful sleep but i needed something that would not put myself or my kids at risk, so i reluctantly tried this sleep aid at the suggestion of the manager of my local gnc and i was pleasently surprised. It does not have that instant off switch that ambien on an empty stomach did but it helped me relax and fall asleep faster and when i do wake up i can return to sleep easier. I would recommend taking it an hour before bed. A little groggy in the morning but not bad at all. This is the answer i was looking for.

Will I need luminite with lumiday to fall asleep will lumiday hipe me up in mood and can I take it if I suspect I am bypolor or suffer from depression disorder

BEST ANSWER: Hi, there while Luminite will help you fall asleep at night I did not see any information that would suggest taking Luminite with Lumiday to fall asleep. As far as improving your mood Lumiday will promote a positive mood but the warning label says if you are taking any prescription drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional disorders you should consult your doctor. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.
