  • 1,250 calories per serving in water; 1,630-plus calories when made with low fat milk.
  • 50 grams of protein from a combination of faster and slower digesting sources including Whey, Casein,and Egg.

Add two (2) heaping scoops (scoop included) of Serious Mass to a large blender
filled with 24 fl. oz. of cold water or milk.
If desired, add ice and other ingredients (see side panel for suggestions);
cover and blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds - or until thoroughly mixed.
NOTE: New users may find it beneficial to begin with one half (1/2)
of a serving daily for the first week, gradually increasing
to one or more full servings several times a day.

Great Product
I Tried the product with Milk alone at first and it wasnt bad, I realized that taking a full serving after working out did make me feel very bloated so I proceeded to take half a serving after working out and then a full serving before bed and over the course of a a month I have gained 6 lbs since using this. Recently I changed up mixing it with milk and started mixing it with orange juice and putting a banana or two in a blender and mixing it all up, works great.

This is very good for gaining mass. I put on 27pounds in 2 1/2 months, and still gaining. This would be good belnded into a shake, but as you know we dont have time for that. USE WATER! and shake until there is little to no residue at the bottom and drink it fast. Dont concentrate on the taste because you will find yourslef not wanting to finish it. If you can take it, it packs on pounds. However not a good tasting one. I prefer the Hyperbolic mass gainer by GNC. This is the best, goes down smooth, and tastes better than strawberry milk!

Grate serious mass
It's grate product. I have tried before. You don't have to buy extra multivitamins. All most you get everything.

Strawberry flavor gives it a nice kick.
This product helps me to maintain weight and gain muscle. I use it after meals at least twice a day.

Worked for me
Used about half the recommended amount per day and gained about 5+ lbs in about a month. Seemed to be muscle weight I gained. Also focused on eating well/more and worked out pretty hard 3+ times per week. Was lifting more weight after a month.

Great product!
I take this product every morning after breakfast and it works great! I only take half the serving because I feel too bloated otherwise. I've seen gains since using this product- about ten pounds over the course of three months. Tastes great, somewhat like juice. I didn't notice a chalky taste, but that might be because I only use half a serving with 20 oz of water.

Works for me
I take 1-2 servings daily, usually when i wake, after i workout or before bed. Works great. Gained around 12-15 lbs in 2 months. You will gain a slight amount of fat, but with workouts you start seeing the difference slowly in muscle tone and size.

worked great, i trained 3 times a week for 3 weeks. one before workout, one at night. gained 8 pounds so far, tub 3 here i come

ON Serious Mass
This is a great product! I workout 5-6 days a week and run as well and I am still gaining the mass that I want to. Before I weighed 212, and I've been talking this for 3 weeks and I am already at 218. The serving size is big (two shovels is one serving) but it tastes pretty good and you don't have to force it down. I usually one scoop right near the end of my workout/after and another 15 min after or a little later.
