How satisfied are you with this product? Does it really help with sleep? How would you rate it?
BEST ANSWER: I love this product!!!! I first took the whole dropper as directed to do but did that a couple of nights and was really sleepy all day the next day. So decided to put on the shelf. A couple of weeks later the light bulb went off and I decided heck I don't have to take the whole amount so cut it back to half the dose and now I only take 0.3 and I sleep like a baby and no side effects the next day.
Is this the same as topical melatonin?
BEST ANSWER: No. It is a sublingual formulation.
