I've gone on and off this product several times for reasons unrelated to the product and I can honestly say that it makes a big difference for me. I'm a 54 year old man and for me It takes close to two weeks before I start noticing a difference, but then I'll begin noticing that joint aches and pains are gone and my range of motion has significantly increased. It really helps me a lot!

We have to two little kids, a long daily commute, and busy work weeks. I try to run a few days per week. In order to help protect my joints, I have been taking the Mega Men Joint vitakpaks and love it. It helps alleviate the soreness in my knees from running and the daily stresses of life. Also, as I have been taking Mega Men for months before upgrading to this Vitapak, I feel as though I have more energy.

I switched to meg men joint after the glucosamine product that I had been using went out of business. I've been using it for several years, and would recommend it others. I like the fact that I was able to get my joint needs, multivitamin needs in one daily packet as well as a fish oil tablet which I had been considering.

Not only is this a great product, it is also very convenient!

THIS IS VERY GOOD. HAVE ISSUES WITH LOWER BACK. EVERYTIME I RUN OUT I CAN'T HARDLY WALK BUT CAN TELL WITH IN 2-3 DAYS WHEN I START TAKING IT AGAIN. WELL WORTH IT.

I've been using this for years, but you no longer make it. Bummed.

I notice a big difference if I don't take these for a few days.

Recommended by GNC sales rep after he took the product for about 1 year due to injuries received in a car wreck. He claimed excellent results on joint injury. I was looking for something to help with the pain and restriction from a torn cuff. Have been using this for about 4 months, and the change was gradual, I noticed I had less pain, less popping, cracking in the joint and back pain much subsiding as well. I have had two ruptured disc's, and rotator cuff torn over 2 yr. ago and do not want go with surgery. Skeptical, I stopped taking due to the price and fluctuation of price as mentioned in others, within 3 weeks or so I noticed more discomfort and popping in my shoulder again. I started back on the packet and within 1 week doing better again. In my case this is working very well. I also agree with the size and cosating of the 3 pills, hard to take sometimes, I think they could change this with a better coating or to capsule to make it better. I take it every morning and have zero side effects with it. (This is the only meds I'm on, 56 year old and very active).

Ive been using this product for over a year. I do not notice much difference when I miss a day or two of these packs. They do seem to work better than just taking fish oil. The prices do seem to fluctuate--one day it would be $45 bucks, and the next week over $50 which was also a surprise to the sales guy at GNC. Today Im getting it for about $38 plus B1G1 so its actually like $19 per box. I did however, receive a bad shipment on my last order which had about 50% of the individual packets not sealed properly causing the pills to slip out of the plastic. There was also this light brown-redish glue or gunk on inside the seal. Needless to say, I trashed all the open packets.

Performance wise, I'm happy with it. Havent really tried NOT taking it for a while, but I dont really feel dependent on it. i haven't really tried any other product. This was recommended to me by a friend after going through ACL issues. One pill in particulate can be a challenge to swallow--its just three times the size of an advil. I usually take it after a workout/ before sleep with no side effects. Pee does turn neon yellow though.

This product isnt magic. Its not gonna change your life dramatically health wise. But I think it serves its purpose to give you enough vitamins for your joints.

Pricing is very (!) inconsistent! Otherwise good product.
