. I was happy that the jar was sealed well under lid and outside lid. I've tried about one tsp a day. Has a mild taste which is fine. Label suggests 2 tsp a day but one tsp is fine for me.Label also says do not refrigerate.I keep jar on counter and consistency is fine to spoon out.I'll need more time to determine if product will add energy to my day.

This product is a great texture and consistency. It's delicious and so good for the body. I have purchased jars of a wax consistency that was difficult to eat. This is not like that. I am now on auto delivery and don't want to be without it. I have so much more energy when I use it daily.

My wife used this product for almost one year and this product can help her immunity system.

Dissolve in water to drink it, not eating it directly.

I have been using this product on a daily basis for many years, with few interruptions. One or two teaspoons give me energy, they taste delicious and sometimes sweeten my breakfast. 15 years ago My hair was falling out and losing its color. After using royal jelly regularly for a couple of months, my hair gre thicker and darker.
