I buy this for my grandparents and they love it.

I bought these with expectation that I would feel more energized throughout the day. I am taking GNC Ultra Mega® Green Men's Sport one day and GNC Mega Men® Sport on another. Since the ultra mega vitapak comes with energy supplement, I take these along with mega men sport which is two pills of vitamins (its not the vitapak). It could be because I am taking this every other day but I am not getting that extra power that everyone would expect from ROYAL JELLY. I am blaming it on how I am taking it every other day but I am somewhat skeptical of this supplement's effect at the same time. I don't want to come to early conclusion and say this supplement is ineffective but nothing special so far.

I've been taking this product for about 2 weeks and have not noticed any significant changes but since there have been no adverse effects I will continue to use it. It definitely helps your digestion and I sleep like a rock. The smell is off-putting and I try to swallow it as quickly as possible to avoid tasting it but other than that it seems like a very good thing to put into your body. It also seems to act as an aphrodisiac!

I was so exited when I received my new vitamins, upon opening the bottle the smell was extremely unpleasant I couldn't think of ingesting 1 not to mention 2.

This product boosted my energy levels and definately helps with allergies. I have my duaghter taking this product for her allergies and she loves it. Would definately recommend this product.
