Love It
I have been using this for some time and honestly I think it's actually keeping me alive I am not really sure of that. If anyone is interested about Bee Pollen in general I would suggest you do some research on it.. It may surprise you as to what you find out...

Good Product
I've been taking this product for about 2 weeks and have not noticed any significant changes but since there have been no adverse effects I will continue to use it.

this stuff is not bad at all
make sure that if this is the first time taking this, that you only take just a few granules to see if you're allergic to them. otherwise, this stuff is excellent! i use it everyday, and my small ones even ask for it everyday!

Bee Pollen
I use Eco bee farms bee pollen daily for allergies. I mow a huge lawn so I mow a least two days a week. Prior to taking bee pollen I would suffer with running nose, watering eyes and just a feeling of being run down. After taking a teaspoon of bee pollen a day all of the symptoms are gone or lessened. I would not be without it. Our local GNC store was out of the pollen but had it shipped to my house in just a few days. Great product and great service.

Great Product

I use 1/4 tsp. every day in a glass of juice for sustained energy all day. It's a great source of natural energy w/o any side affects.

nutritious
i just take a teaspoon either in the morning or night, depending on when i remember to take it. its only been a few weeks of using the product but i do feel healthier overall. plus i know bee pollen is very nutritious and packed with amino acids. this kind of bee pollen seems legit!
