Definitely helps with cleaning out the colon. You have to get use to the taste but other than that, very good product.

this stuff is not bad at all
make sure that if this is the first time taking this, that you only take just a few granules to see if you're allergic to them. otherwise, this stuff is excellent! i use it everyday, and my small ones even ask for it everyday!

Bee Pollen
I use Eco bee farms bee pollen daily for allergies. I mow a huge lawn so I mow a least two days a week. Prior to taking bee pollen I would suffer with running nose, watering eyes and just a feeling of being run down. After taking a teaspoon of bee pollen a day all of the symptoms are gone or lessened. I would not be without it. Our local GNC store was out of the pollen but had it shipped to my house in just a few days. Great product and great service.

I use 1/4 tsp. every day in a glass of juice for sustained energy all day. It's a great source of natural energy w/o any side affects.

Hi, I suffer from both food and environmental allergies, I am tired of taking antihistamines that only somewhat mask some symtoms of my allergies, and thought that trying to build up a tolerance along with the antihistamines may ultimately be a better rout =, so my question is does bee pollen and/or has anyone ever used bee pollen similarly to allergy shots, and gotten any sort of relief from there allergies?
A shopper on Feb 3, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Bee pollen can cause a serious allergic reaction -- including shortness of breath, hives, swelling, and anaphylaxis. You can also build up a tolerance to a particular antihistamine. They should be rotated every about three months. The best course of action is for an allergist to manage your allergies. It is not uncommon for food and pollen allergies to share similar proteins and by curing one the other is cured.

I was told Bee Pollen is a source of L-Carnitine. How much L-Carnitine can be found in a serving size?
A shopper on May 15, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Bee pollen is indeed a source for L-Carnitine, but due to the nature of how the product is manufactured, the amounts of L-Carnitine can not be accurately measured in the serving size.
Keep in mind that non-prescription doses of L-Carnitine will range between 500mg and 1200mg, and the suggested serving of Y.S. ORGANIC BEE FARMS Bee Pollen will only contain 5mg total of bee pollen, only a fraction of which will be L-Carnitine.
