Adults & children 12 years and over: As a relaxant: Swallow 1-2 caplets as needed three times daily. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-3 caplets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring. Children 6-12 years: as a relaxant: Swallow 1 caplet with water as needed three times daily. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-2 caplets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring.

Great product.
Was recommended to me by a relative, worked well. I recommended to another relative, love it. Slept well without feeling groggy and out of sorts the next morning. Highly recommend.

Great for anxiety!
I purely got this to try because I wanted to be able to sleep through the night without my heart racing. I take 2 about an hour and a half before bed and it calms me so my heart stops racing. I have gotten much better quality of sleep lately, and I genuinely don't feel groggy in the morning, even if I don't get a full 8-9 hours of sleep. I will say I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes, but it's so much easier to get back to sleep with this stuff! I'm no longer awake for hours at a time at 3 AM! I also don't take this every night - only on nights that I know I usually don't sleep well. I will be repurchasing! You can't beat this for the price.

Still On The Fence
I have tried these for a few nights and while I don't have any problem falling asleep, staying asleep more than a few hours is still difficult.
