Workouts are lazy without this
We love this. My husband and I both use this before workouts. We take it pretty diluted- one scoop in a bottle of water and then split that bottle between the two of us. Sometimes we will drink about half on the drive to the gym, and then fill the bottle back up and drink it throughout the workout to keep our energy up. I seriously have such lazy meh workouts without this. I feel drained start to finish if I forget it. It's not terrible tasting (blue raspberry). I like this way more than taking a chewable pre-workout. I haven't found one of those that hasn't felt like a huge espresso. I don't know if it would last through a really intense workout, but we do 10 minute - 1 hour cardio warm-up and then heavy lift for about an hour.
