PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO

Add two (2) heaping scoops (scoop included) of Serious Mass to a large blender
filled with 24 fl. oz. of cold water or milk.
If desired, add ice and other ingredients (see side panel for suggestions);
cover and blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds - or until thoroughly mixed.
NOTE: New users may find it beneficial to begin with one half (1/2)
of a serving daily for the first week, gradually increasing
to one or more full servings several times a day.

Awesome!
This product works extremely well. I have a really fast metabolism and couldn’t see a difference every time i worked out and just had regular protein shakes. However, with this Serious Mass, I definitely gained healthy weight and see a huge difference from my before and now. I love this product so much.

Does what it says
Had minimal luck with other brands, but with this product in particular I was able to quickly gain mass. Be careful because if you aren’t working out consistently you will gain it as fat. Overall though, great product, does what it says it will. For reference I’m a petite female with a fast metabolism, I already lose weight easily without exercise and even more so with exercise. With this I’m able to keep my body weight consistent and by adding weights to my workout, I’ve managed to achieve a fuller more athletic figure in only a few short months.

BEST ANSWER: You could start using it by adding two heaping scoops of Serious Mass to a blender filled with 24 oz. of water. Blend for 45-60 seconds. Then add a few ice cubes and, if desired, other calorie-contributing ingredients (see “Supercharge Your Serious Mass” below) and blend for an additional 30-45 seconds.

On the workout sessions; you can use it during post-workout, begin drinking ½ -1 serving of Serious Mass 30-45 minutes following exercise to support maximum recovery.

For best results use Serious Mass combined with intense weight training (3-5 times per week) and a sensible whole foods diet. Also, keep in mind that sufficient recovery. New users may find it beneficial to begin with ½ of a serving daily for the first week and then gradually increase to 1 or more full servings several times a day.

You can take it between meals, drink ½ -1 serving of Serious Mass between meals to maintain positive nitrogen balance and support a high-calorie diet, and before bedtime, drink ½ -1 serving of Serious Mass about 45-60 minutes before bed to provide nutrients to recovering muscle throughout the night.

BEST ANSWER: I feel full immediately afterwards, but usually within 2-3 hours I feel normal and get my appetite back. Everyone’s different, you can also adjust the amount of powder you use or split it into two separate shakes to drink at different times of the day rather than one big filling one.

BEST ANSWER: It sounds like you are seeing results from this product, so you should continue taking it. The reason for your decrease in body mass while not taking this product is that when you stop using it, you are eliminating 1250 calories from your diet. Your body needs a certain number of calories to maintain any weight (higher weights needing more calories), when those calories are reduced your body will start cannibalizing fat and muscle tissue for fuel.

BEST ANSWER: The product label says it contains glutamine peptides, glutamine peptides are sourced from wheat. If you are celiac diagnosed, I would recommend finding a product that doesn't contain wheat or wheat based derivatives just to be safe.
