My trainer recommended me to use Beta Alanine to have more energy for the workouts and told me to take it 30 minutes before it. How ever, your recommendation in this web site says to take 2 pills four times a day. Is it ok if I just take it before the workouts since I'm looking for more energy for that?
BEST ANSWER: You can take it before your workout, but for best results you should also take it through out the day in addition.
