I use the product daily, twice a day. Once after breakfast and then again after supper. It helps me to stay calm and relaxed throughout the day and allows me to peacefully and deeply sleep through the night. When I wake I feel well-rested and ready to begin my day. I usually take this product when I feel low as I used to take meds but now when I feel off I begin taking 5-htp and I immediately begin to feel better. Most of the time I can take it for a couple of weeks and then feel ok and not take it for 3-4 months. Other times I may need to continue taking it for an entire month and then I won't feel the need to take it again for a few months still. This is a wonderful product and I am constantly talking to people about how great I feel about this product. Thanks GNC!

This is such a great product. I've tried many different types of 5htp tablets and nothing works as well as this. I've literally noticed a difference in mood within 20-30 minutes. I just wish there were a larger mg amount available in this because you end up taking 2-3 a day. I work front desk... we need all the serotonin we can get!
