works good I seen results right away
I take two pills in the morning an2 before work out an 2 before dinner

the pills are little big but if you take them down with a shake its not that bad. they helped me gain 10 pounds in a month. i really like them. i take 3 before i work out and 4 after. its more than what your suppose to but it didnt hurt.
