amazing taste - feel good
My new trainer told me to start taking aminos to help with my muscles. I have never tried one before because I am older and just thought that amino acids were for body builders. This stuff is great. My muscles are less sore and my stomach (sensitive) does not have problem. I recommend.

Recovery Sticks Blackfish
I do a ton of mountain biking and hiking each week. My effort to eat clean is not always the best, but since I tried this powder in my water bottle on the trail I have noticed that some of my aches and pains have been reduced. The next day my soreness is not as great, but I am taking it in the morning with my protein also now. This is so much different than what I normal had used for recovery. so far really liking it.

Awesome taste
A friend of mine told me about the Rebound and how it was helping her after she finished her cross fit classes to recover. I have tried both the chocolate and the blu-pom version and I think I like the unique taste of the second one. Both seem to be working, but the additional anti oxidants are a plus for me with the fruit flavored version.
