Product never arrived! Even though order and shipping were done well in advance, order did not arrive as promised by customer service.

Great Product
I've tried a lot of different post workout products, but this is by far the best I've ever had.
It tastes great,
It won't clump together which makes it easy to drink,
Very competitivly priced,
Decreases recovery time so I'm not too sore to do things I enjoy doing.

Bottom line - it's a must have.

This stuff tastes so good, I look forward to working out just to drink this recovery drink.

Great Taste
I use this product right after my workouts. It does a great job with muscle recovery after a super hard workout.
I use a blender to mix it and mix with milk and have also used the very vanilla. I like them both.

Only protein I use
I work out 5-6 times a week and am paranoid about post-workout refueling. I'm always a little skeptical about whether my powder actually contains "whey protein isolate" since that type of claim can't be regulated. That said, you can't fudge the numbers as to how much actual protein is in each serving and 17 grams of really good tasting protein is good enough for me.

Awsome After WorkOut Protein
Great after workout Protein. Tastes awesome and with all ON products, mixes extremely well. Take within 1/2 hour of workout and it has just the right amount of fast packed carbs and protein to help your body recover for the next day. Hope it never goes away, been using it for 4 years and won't stop. Combine with ON Pro Complex for your daily protein and you won't be sorry.

Good for athletes
This is a great pw shake for the serious athlete who needs more calories, carbs, and sugars after his intense workout. The 2:1:1 formula is perfect for endurance athletes who train for over 2 hours a day with multiple workouts. I am a swimmer and need any where from 3000-7000 calories a day. This product helps me recovery quicker then anything I have tried in the past. I usually mix 1-2 scoops of this up and drink it immediately after my 3 hour practice. The taste isn't bad and it is a little tuff to mix but that doesn't bother me. I don't recommend this product to any non athletes or body builders because of the sugar content. However I can't recommend this enough to athletes.

Great product
This product offers what I'm looking for as far as a good blend of quality protein and fast carbs, without the heavy calorie load of weight gainers. I've been able to build muscle and not pad the belly too much thanks to 2:1:1!

Awesome for track
I use and abuse this during the track season. It's great for recovery after workouts and gets you ready for the next day
