Good for active folks and athletes. Not the same as glucosamine.
ThiS version of hyaluronic acid works well for joint lubrication. It took about 2 weeks @ 3tbs/day for me to notice it. Creaky neck gone. Full squat I couldn't do for years.dropped back to 2/day to maintain. Went off for 6 mos then back on w similar effects. Recommended by my ortho surgeon brother in law.

Works for me.
I had ACL, MCL surgery on my knee and still have some joint pain. This product has seemed to help lessen the severity of the pain, to be only minor. I should mention the flavor- it is an acquired taste. First time users would probably want to chase it with some juice or other beverage. I am used to it now and it doesn't really bother me.
