Best Creatine Product Available
I can tell when I am not on it I can tell the difference when talking when taking it I feel the boost and my bench has gone up

I would recommend these products for any one. I am an over 60 year old male and use them daily. It was recommended by my doctor that Creatine was good for not only muscle tone but would be beneficial for heart and mental health over all

Pills are pressed too hard and don't dissolve
Title says it all. They won't even dissolved if left in water for over a day and they will usually pass through and end up in the toilet before they provide any thing resembling nutritional value!

Just buy the powder!

Passes right thru me.
Pill does not dissolve in my intestinal tract. Pill is still solid in my bowel movements. It cannot work if it doesn't dissolve

Not digesting
Came out the same way it went in. I recommend a powdered creatine which GNC has many options. I use CN3 now and like it.

Flushing away your money!
I've been using this product for at least a month now. No gains. The other day I looked down and there it was . . . in the toilet. What a waste of money. Makes me curious about other GNC pill products.

Long Time User
I have used this product for years. When I don't take it I notice the difference. With it my recovery is faster, muscle soreness decreases, overall strength and muscle density improves. Most of all, I get better results with it than I do with creatine powder.

Does not work!
Please do not waste your money on this product. This product did not do anything for me. I've worked out hard and taken this religiously. No difference in strength and/or muscle increase.

Cannot digest them
They have overdone the coating on these pills. You will fine that they will not digest and you will find the intact pill in the toilet when you go to the bathroom even 24 hours later.
