Cinnamon Bun is great
This casein has a great cinnamon taste, and when making into a pudding, it is very smooth and does not clump. Add a little peanut butter for an awesome bedtime snack.

Best Casein
Just started buying casein so I decided to go with Dymatize Elite Casein cause I already use the ISO 100 and the Casein is amazing! I drink it every night before bed and it's like a treat I love it I actually can't wait for it to be night time so I can drink it!
