Adults and children age 4 and over take 1 VitaStraw daily. Remove straw from protective wrapping and place into 6-8 oz. of water. Sip water through straw until all vitamin pellets are gone. DO NOT EAT STRAW. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of young children.

Convenient idea, but my 7 year old son hates it. The flavor is too medicine like for him. The texture in the straw is a bit hard to swallow also. So, I cut the straw apart, remove the cherry flavor part and dissolve the vitamin left in another beverage. Makes it just a tad salty, but edible for him.
