I took the first one the other day, it was helpful for my overall energy. I'm a Bariatric patient, so swallowing a pill that is super large it's very very difficult. I wouldn't buy this again for that reason.

great product with no side effects!
Usually when I take B-12 for energy supplements, I get somewhat hyper to the point that my doctor said stop taking them (it could be the product I was using contains caffeine, but not really sure). Anyway THIS product is different, it works during the day when I need energy the most or when I'm working out, but it doesn't affect my sleep. And that's awesome!

Used to be awesome...
I took these for two years or so..had to wait for 11 days for delivery after ordering from GNC online - huge mistake. Idk what it is but something seems different...

Works Great No shakes!
I have been using this for over 2 yrs. No shakes. Works well. Better then energy drinks. I recommend all the time. Can not wait for sale so I can stock up. Even those like me on fixed income can afford.
